EAM design is an investment group which specializes in revitalization of real estate. We bring new life to old architecture, make it key ready, useable, livable, enjoyable and foremost an environment to thrive in. Stefanie Kang is the founder of this group and is deeply involved in every single project. She is dedicated to create and to turn the world into an alluring place.
Projects of EAM design started in Europe, through these experiences many different classic and modern European cultures and architectural styles are incorporated into designing livable space at EAM. Truly each project has its own character and brings its very unique charm to the new owner.
The name EAM design is an amalgamation of the founders children’s initials. One of the two business partners started building real estate in Europe. Both founders could not be more multicultural which has the wonderful advantage of bringing in so much knowledge for certain cultures and therefore ways of living. EAM is able to mold and bring traditions together which is reflected in interior and exterior designs. It truly makes a single family feel so familiar.
